I am enrolled with CNI Settlement services and I am having a very hard time with continued notices from the clerk of courts as you have not and cannot seem to negotiate for me, instead you call me asking me for more money or to come up with some major lump sum to settle the account. if I could have done that I would have in the first place, Im about to file bankruptcy, because I`ve seen NO relief from my debt and it is amazing how I have money taken from my account and then I get phone calls from you on the same day that I get the notice in the mail, little late dont you think. where is the help? where is the piece of mind that you offer? and why the heck is knowone around after normal busisness hours or on the weekends when there is actually more time to call and manage everything. taking time from work means less pay. not to advantageous to pay the bills. either help me like you say you can or just let me go to file bankruptcy.
